Daniel is a Partner at Samis & Company and manages their Waterloo office. He is recognized in the Canadian Legal Lexpert Directory as a leading practitioner in the Litigation – Commercial Insurance category and is the co-author of a recently published textbook on auto insurance coverage law in Ontario. Daniel was a featured speaker at the 2017 OIAA Provincial Conference in Waterloo and regularly presents and writes on insurance law topics to a variety of audiences.
